CLEOR revolutionizes logistics in the jewellery trade thanks to an RFID solution from Frequentiel, Toshiba Tec and Psion Teklogix

Logistics professionals acclaim CLEOR and FREQUENTIEL as KINGS of the Supply Chain 2010

On 19 January 2010, at the Buddha Bar in Paris, in front of more than 600 Logistics professionals, CLEOR and FREQUENTIEL were awarded the KING OF SUPPLY CHAIN 2010 trophy from Supply Chain Magazine. This project, designed in partnership with TOSHIBA TEC for RFID printers and PSION TEKLOGIX for WORKABOUT PRO RFID PDAs, received an overwhelming number of votes from the professionals themselves as part of a large forum. The project finally beat the 24 competing proposals vying in technicality and originality. The proven practical advantages of a very promising technology in the supply chain therefore made all the difference in the eyes of the decision-makers.

This synthesized voice translates and transmits the data from the SAP R/3 WM module. This tireless operator “talks” and listens all day long and acts as an intermediary between the team working in the Sanofi-Aventis warehouse in Boortmeerbeek and Psion Teklogix’s TekSpeech middleware.
